Ventilation systems never exist on their own. Experienced builders and designers of high-performance buildings will benefit from a deeper dive into the interdependence of ventilation systems with climate, building envelope, occupancy, control strategies and other mechanical systems. This training will further their confidence in advising clients about product choices and will help them avoid some of the systemic pitfalls that can impact customer satisfaction and building performance. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from Zehnder as we share war stories from the front lines of building science practice.

FREE LUNCH and networking time prior to class, beginning at 12:30pm.

This course builds on a basic pre-existing understanding of indoor air quality issues and the advantages of installing dedicated ventilation with heat recovery. For that reason, participants should have completed ONE of the following pre-requisite course offerings...
