Best practices for your EEN Contractor listing

Don't forget to bookmark the contractor portal
As part of the Efficiency Excellence Network (EEN) you have access to the customer portal. The portal allows you to customize your company profile page on the Efficiency Vermont website and review customer inquiries submitted to you through that page.

Editing Your Profile
After you log in, get started by clicking the "Edit Your Profile" button on the home screen or the "PROFILE" text link from the left-hand navigation. From the Profile page, you can add a photo, contact information, service area, years in business and number of employees, company bio, and any special awards or designations.

Writing Your Bio
Keep your bio short and sweet. Industry standard is to provide a brief history of your company or personal experience, and an overview of your services or areas of specialization. You may also want to consider including a bit of information on what sets your business apart, whether it's prompt customer service, large service area, additional certifications, licensing information, etc.

Gallery Photos
Showcase your work by submitting photos and captions from your best projects. Once uploaded, the photos will appear in a project gallery on your website profile page. From the left-hand navigation, click on "PHOTO GALLERY" to add photos. Make sure to receive customer permission for each photo you share.
